This section describes how the current test.jungleradio.live web application collects, uses and shares information in addition to the general practices described above.
1) Data categories processed by the Service (as applicable to your use):
- Account and identity data: your email address, password (stored securely), and verification/OTP events.
- Profile and business data: your name, business details, address/city and optional social links.
- Content and metadata: audio/video/image uploads and associated metadata you submit (e.g., titles, artists, identifiers, delivery selections).
- Financial and payout data: bank account details you provide for withdrawals and payout/withdrawal request records.
- Statements and analytics inputs: statement/report uploads and derived statement line records used for reporting and balance calculations.
- Support and communications: support tickets, messages and email correspondence related to your account.

2) Automated processing and safety checks:
- The Service may scan uploaded files for malware.

- Analytics providers: if enabled, the Service may load Google Analytics (GA4) scripts to measure website usage.
- External lookup services: the Service may contact third-party catalog/link services (e.g. Apple iTunes lookup, song.link, YouTube search/API) to retrieve or normalize link data for certain features.
4) Public pages and link sharing:
- The Service can generate public share links (such as Pitch Links and Smart Links). These links can be accessed by anyone who has the URL while valid. Search-engine directives (robots/noindex headers) reduce indexing but do not prevent sharing.
5) Fraud and integrity monitoring:
- The Service may ingest and analyze third-party data (including statement/report data and fraudulent-streaming related inputs) to detect suspicious activity, reconcile data, and support operational decisions. Where detected, Jungle may take actions consistent with the Terms (including holds, reversals/adjustments, and other restrictions) as required to protect the Service, partners and rights holders.
